CSL Online Shop General Terms and Conditions  (“General Terms and Conditions”)


This General Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase from our Online Shop on Orders for Products / Services.  You acknowledge and agree that your use of the CSL Online Shop Site (shop.hkcsl.com or “Site”) owned by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”/ “we”/”our”/ or “us”) and is subject to:

(Collectively “Site Terms”)

CSL reserves the right and sole discretion of interpretation in the event of any discrepancies between the Site Terms.

We may amend the Site Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on a CSL Website. By continuing to use the Site you will be deemed to accept the updated Site Term and agree to be bound by them.

  1. Responsibilities of the parties


1.1.     We agree to sell and the Customer agrees to purchase the Products / Services on the terms and subject to and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.


1.2.     The Customer must fulfill all of the following requirements for purchases of Product/ Services from the Online Shop:


1.2.1.    If requested by us, you will provide to us in connection with your Order, accurate and up-to-date details including but not limited to your Hong Kong Identity Card, proof of address documents or any other documents in our sole discretion for verification of your identity, completion of your Order or provision of our services.


1.2.2.    Depending on your chosen Product/ Services, certain third party information provided by the Third Party Providers may also be available for access and use by you through the Services provided by us, You agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions specified by such Third Party Providers if you purchased such Product/Services.


1.2.3.    You will not use this Site in any manner that:


(a)     may be unlawful, fraudulent, improper, unauthorised, harassing, discriminatory, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable manner;


(b)     may be harmful or detrimental to us or our reputation; or


(c)      may encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any Applicable Law.


1.3.     We will use due care and skill in providing the best possible Online Shop experience to you. However, given the nature of online stores via the internet (including our service's reliance on systems and services that we do not own or control), we cannot promise that your Online Shop experience will be continuous or fault free.


  1. Order


2.1.     All Orders of the Products / Services placed by the Customer shall be subject to our acceptance.   We have the right to reject any Order for the Product / Service in the Online Shop without giving any  reasons to the Customer.


2.2.     Quantities of Products are subject to availability. 


2.3.     There may be a limit in the quantity to be purchased for any specific item, for details please refer to the product catalogue.


2.4.     The maximum amount for each Order is $15,000.  


  1. Mobile Service Applications (including SIM only and Prepaid Services)


3.1.     For Mobile Service Applications (including SIM card delivery), customers must:


(a)     be age 18 or above (except Student Plans);


(b)     be able to provide valid and correct information required by us , including but not limited to Customer’s full name, Hong Kong Identity Card number, email address , billing address, delivery address, contact number etc;


(c)     provide for identity verification upon delivery of Mobile Services/Mobile Equipment, including but not limited to a complete Hong Kong residential address as registered address and a valid proof of address for the registered address of the recent 3 months preceding the date of Mobile Service Application (“Proof of Address”) with copies of HKID/passport and  Proof of Address returned to us.


3.2.     Customer’s delivery address must  be a valid residential or commercial premise    address, public areas or post office boxes are not valid delivery addresses.  


3.3.     We may place a limit of aggregate mobile service subscriptions per Customer at its sole discretion.


3.4.     All Mobile Services are subject to the terms and conditions of the CSL Mobile Service Agreement, available at:  https://www.hkcsl.com/en/Mobile-Service-Agreement-Consumer-Customers/


3.5.     For Prepaid Services,  the special terms and conditions for Prepaid SIM applies and it’s available at https://www.hkcsl.com/ng/General-TC-of-the-Prepaid-SIM-Card/21  


  1. Online  Shop Account


4.1.     We may require you to register with us in order to access some parts of the Site including placing an Order to purchase our Products/Services. 


4.2.     When you register with us, you are responsible to ensure you keep your account login and password in a secure manner and you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password even if the access is by another person.


4.3.     Each Customer may register an Online Shop Account once.   


  1. Price and payment


5.1.     Pricing of Products / Services shall be as stipulated on the Site at the date of submission  of Orders by the Customer.


5.2.     If the payment amount of the Order is less than $500,  we may apply a surcharge for postage and handling. This surcharge may be adjusted without any prior notice, please refer to clause 7.12 for details of surcharges.


5.3.     Payments for Order of Products / Services shall be settled by your credit card or a duly authorised third party credit card of the card owner.    Payment is charged against the credit card during checked out process on the Site.


5.4.     All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars.


5.5.     For all credit card transactions, you shall bear the price differences due to exchange rate and/or any other fees or charges incurred in connection with the relevant credit card transaction.


5.6.     Payments via Tap & Go are subject to terms and conditions of HKT Payment Limited, please visit: https://www.tapngo.com.hk/chi/tnc.html.


5.7.     Payments via credit card are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.


  1. Delivery


6.1.     You can opt for courier delivery of the Order to your nominated address. We accept Orders for delivery in Hong Kong only. Alternatively, you may opt for pick-up of the Order (if applicable) from our designated stores.


6.2.     We will not accept any changes to the delivery method once the Order has been confirmed. 


6.3.     We shall endeavour to arrange to deliver the Products at the delivery   address designated by the Customer.  We reserve  the right to revise any terms of services (including but not limited to the covered areas for delivery, delivery timeframe and/or the delivery fee) from time to time without prior notice.


6.4.     In order to protect the interest of the Customer and manage a complete record of such delivery, our employee or agent may request the designated recipient to produce the credit card which you used for the Order and your original ID Card or other identification document acceptable by us in person for verification of the name of such recipient, the duly completed authorization (if applicable) and any other relevant documents for verification purpose upon delivery.  We reserve the right to decline any delivery of the Products/ Services if we are not satisfied with the verification of the recipient and no reasons shall be given.


6.5.     All dates quoted by us for the delivery of Products/ Services are estimates only .In no event shall we be liable for any additional or increased cost, loss of profits or goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of any Products/ Services.


6.6.     If you fail to take delivery of the Products/ Services or any part of them more than 28 days of the Order confirmation date or fails to provide accurate and clear delivery instructions, documents, consents or authorizations required to enable the Products/Services  to be delivered, we shall be entitled at our sole discretion, without giving any notice to the Customer, cancel the order of the Products/Service application.   CSL shall refund the amount of the payment made by the Customer after deducting an administrative surcharge of $100 .


  1. Clubpoints


7.1.     Customers must register and activate The Club membership account in order to earn Clubpoints.


7.2.     Clubpoints will be credited to The Club member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks upon the transaction date.


7.3.     The calculation and redemption of Clubpoints subject to related terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited, for details, please visit The Club website: https://www.theclub.com.hk/eng/.


  1. Exchange of Product or Refund/cancellation of Order


8.1.     No changes on the Product or quantity will be accepted once the Order has been confirmed.


8.2.     Unless otherwise specified, all Products purchased from the Online Shop are non-refundable.


8.3.     You have the right to inspect the Product upon delivery. Exchange of Product is only applicable if the delivered Product is damaged on arrival with such issue raised to courier at the time of delivery.


8.4.     Mobile Equipment can only be exchanged in accordance with the Product Specification Sheet accompanying the Product.  

Product which has been damaged due to any accident, misuse, neglect, liquid or any causes other than manufacturing defect will not be accepted for exchange. 


8.5.     Pursuant to the relevant Product Specification Sheet, Mobile Equipment can only be exchanged by returning in its original packaging and good condition without any scratches together with the original Delivery Note  or Sales Memo to below 4 designated shops for exchange:


(a)     Shop 1 & 2, G/F, 22 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, HK

(b)     Shop 8, G/F, Sun Kong House, 2J - Q Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mongkok, KLN

(c)     Shop 14 & 15A, Level 3, Shatin Plaza, Shatin , NT

(d)     Shop G128, G/F, Tuen Mun Town Plaza Phase 1, Tuen Mun


8.6.     Mobile Equipment for exchange is accepted only for the handset that can be powered on.  


8.7.     We have the sole discretion to make final decision on the issues of the Product quality and whether the Product can be exchanged.


8.8.     You can make request for cancellation of product purchased/service applied within 24 hours of receiving Order Confirmation  which is  sent to customer via email  to confirm  the purchase order details after completion of checked out process on the site .  A surcharge of $100 will be charged for the accepted cancellation.


8.9.     If the Product cannot be successfully delivered for whatever reasons, we will handle the Order as a cancelled order. We may refund the amount of payment the Customer made after deducting a surcharge of $ 100  to the credit card account which was used by the Customer for payment.


8.10. The refund is non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash and would only be refunded to the same card as the one used for the Order.


8.11. Any Clubpoints awarded under the product purchased at Online Shop are governed by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) under its terms and conditions available at www.theclub.com.hk/tnc. In the event that the Products or Services purchased at Online Shop are refunded for whatsoever reason, the corresponding Clubpoints will be deducted from the Club Member’s Account in accordance with The Club’s prevailing terms and conditions.


8.12. Surcharge summary at Online Shop for reference:



1.      Purchase amount < $500 via courier delivery

One time delivery service charge $100

2.      Order cancelled within 24 hours of receiving Order Confirmation

One time administrative surcharge $100 is deducted from the refundable amount

3.      Stock undelivered for over 28 days

One time administrative  surcharge $100 is deducted from the refundable amount



  1. Title, risk of loss


Any title and risk or right in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon the physical delivery of the Products to the address identified by the Customer in the Online Order Form, regardless of whether the Customer is the designated recipient of the delivery or not.


  1. Warranty provided by the Supplier (applicable to purchase of Product(s) only)


10.1.     The Product Specification  Sheet may indicate that there is a warranty provided by the Supplier (“Supplier Warranty”).


10.2.     Where a Supplier Warranty applies to any Products, the Customer shall send the Products or parts thereof directly to the relevant Supplier for repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of the Supplier Warranty.  We shall not be responsible or liable for any costs or damages relating to the Products covered by the Supplier Warranty.


10.3.     All express or implied warranties, representations or statements relating to the Products or Services which are not contained in this General Terms and Conditions are excluded.


  1. No Resale


The Customer agrees and warrants that the purpose of purchasing the Products / Services is for the Customer’s own personal use, and any components of the Products/Services are not for resale. We shall be entitled to refuse to accept orders placed by the Customer if the Customer breaches or if we, on reasonable grounds, suspects that the Customer will breach this  clause.


  1. Force majeure


We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.


  1. Waiver


A waiver of breach of any specific term in connection with the Online Shop will not constitute a waiver of breach of other terms or a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of the same term.  Under no circumstance will there be any waiver from us unless such waiver is explicitly communicated in any official channel. 


  1. Governing laws

This Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Online Shop shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes arising out of or related to the Online Shop will be resolved in private in accordance with Hong Kong law through mediation and/or arbitration held within Hong Kong.


  1. Headings


The section headings used herein are for convenience or reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom. 


  1. Supplier license


Any software or other intellectual property rights of a third party Supplier in the Products / Services are subject to the terms and conditions of such third party Supplier (“Supplier License”).  The Customer shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Supplier License and  we will not be liable or responsible for any costs or damages relating to the use or breach of the terms and conditions of the Supplier License.   For the purpose of this clause, “Intellectual Property Rights” means all copyright, design rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered and all applications for the same) comprised in the third party supplied Products / Services.


  1. No Liability Arising from Third Parties Products


The Online Shop contains Products or Services supplied by third parties.  The purchase or consumption of those Products/Services shall be at the Customer’s own risk and we shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage suffered by the users.


  1. Taxes (if applicable)


You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with their use of the Online Shop and we will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with same.


  1. No Warranties or Representations


We make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied with respect to type, quality or fitness of Products or Services provided by or through the Online Shop.


  1. Not Responsible for Acts, Errors, or Omissions.


We are not responsible for:


(a)      any loss or misdirection of, or delay in:


  1. receiving or processing of any Order, correspondence or requests from Customers; or
  2. general administration of handling enquiries;


(b)     theft, fraud or unauthorized use of Customer’s Online Shop Account or credit card information;


(c)      any acts or omissions of third parties;


(d)     any errors published in relation to the description of or the information in connection with the Products/Services in the Online Shop;


(e)     any loss or corruption of data in connection with the Customer’s use of the Online Shop; or


(f)       any incidents of system error or technological faults of the Online Shop whether or not such incidents are within our control.


  1. Indemnity


The Customer indemnifies us for any cost, claim, damage or loss incurred by us or any person whether direct or indirect of any kind including loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss in contract, tort, under any statue or otherwise (including negligence) arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement.


  1. Limitation liability


We expressly excludes all liability or responsibility for any cost, claim, damage or loss to the Customer or any person whether direct or indirect of any kind including loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss in contract, tort or under any statue or otherwise (including negligence arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement).  Save that nothing herein shall limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence.


  1. Disclosure


Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, we may, without any liability, disclose any information (including without limitation any confidential information) as may be required or provided by any law, rule, regulation, code, guidelines or any order, judgment or decree of any court, or pursuant to any request or demand by any regulatory or government authority, including without limitation any stock exchanges.


  1. Entire understanding


These General Terms and Conditions embody the entire understanding between the CSL and the customer relating to the Products / the Services available from the Online Shop and there are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations, oral or written expressed or implied other than those contained herein.  No amendment or variation of any provision contained in this General Terms and Conditions by the Customer will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by one of our duly authorized representatives.


  1. Third Party Rights


Save for our affiliates, subsidiaries and holding companies, no other person or entity who is not a party to the Order has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any terms and conditions and/ or benefit of this General Terms and Conditions or the Order.


  1. Definitions


(a)          “Agreement” means an agreement containing these terms and conditions agreed upon between CSL and the Customer. 


(b)         “CSL”  means CSL Mobile Limited also known as 香港移動通訊有限公司.

(c)         “CSL Website” means  the website of CSL Mobile Limited which provides the updated news , products and offers of CSL  . CSL Website is: https://www.hkcsl.com/en/.


(d)        “Customer”/”You” means a person who orders Products and/or Services via this Site.


(e)        “Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.


(f)          “Mobile Services” means a mobile radio telephone and Mobile Data service or Mobile Data Service which you have applied for pursuant to this Agreement or the Application , My HKT, The Club and any telecommunication service (whether a mobile radio telephone service or not) supplied to you from time to time and includes a VAS. 


(g)         “Mobile Equipment” means a mobile radio telephone, other wireless device, access device or equipment to be used with a Mobile Service and includes a wireless or access device accessory.


(h)        “Products” means product(s) sold by CSL or its affiliates via the Online Shop as identified by the Customer in the Online Order Form, including but not limited to Mobile Equipment and SIM Cards.

(i)          “Online Order Form” means the electronic application form filled out by you at the time of purchasing a Product/Service.


(j)          “Online Shop” means the virtual platform of the Site or any other sites as determined and owned by CSL from time to time.


(k)         “Online Shop Account” means the virtual account created by the Customer in connection with their use of the Online Shop.


(l)          “Order” means any order of Products or Services placed by the Customer on CSL’s online platform at: https://shop.hkcsl.com


(m)       “Product Specification  Sheet” means the product information sheet of the Product as set out in the Site .


(n)        “Sales Memo” means the sales receipt for product purchased


(o)        “Services” means the service(s) provided by CSL or its affiliates as identified by the Customer in the Online Order Form.


(p)         “Site” means  https://shop.hkcsl.com


(q)         “Supplier” means the third party supplier of the Products.


(r)          “Student Plan” means any mobile service plan(s) offered to primary or secondary school students aged 11 to 18. 


(s)         “Third Party Providers” means any third party provider which provides information or Products/Services which is available for your access and use through our Online Shop.


(t)          "Value Added Service" or "VAS" means the value added services (including any additional or ad hoc value added services) provided by us or Third Party Provider from time to time on such additional terms and conditions as may be specified by us and or Third Party Provider from time to time under VAS Package Menu and Service Guide or our website in conjunction with the Service.


(u)        Delivery Note” is  the document accompanying the shipment of goods that lists the description, and quantity of the goods delivered


(v)         All capitalized terms in this Agreement not defined in the General Terms and Conditions herein have the same definition as per CSL Mobile Limited’s Mobile Service Agreement, available at: https://www.hkcsl.com/en/Mobile-Service-Agreement-Consumer-Customers/


  1. Interpretation


In this General Terms and Conditions:


(a)          a reference to this General Terms and Conditions include all its parts described in clause 1.1, and includes any amendment to or replacement of them;


(b)         a reference to a statute, code or other law includes regulations and other instruments under it and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them;


(c)          a reference to a party includes a reference to the party's executors, administrators, successors and assigns;


(d)         the singular includes the plural, and vice versa; and


(e)         "includes", "including", "for example", "such as" and similar terms are not words of limitation.

  1. 責任


1.1.     我們同意出售而客戶同意購買產品/服務是按照這些條款及細則。


1.2.     客戶在網上商店購買產品/服務必須依照以下所有要求﹕


1.2.1.  如果我們要求,閣下須向我們提供有關您的訂單、最新及準確的詳細資料,包括但不限於您的香港身份證、地址證明文件或任何其他文件,讓我們核實您的身份以完成您的購買訂單或我們提供的服務。


1.2.2.  根據閣下選擇的產品/服務,經由第三方供應商提供的信息,也可通過我們提供的服務中獲取及使用;如閣下購買此等產品/服務,閣下須同意遵守第三方規定的適用條款及細則。


1.2.3.  閣下不可以下述任何方式使用本網站﹕


(a)     可能涉及非法、欺詐、不當行為、未經授權、騷擾、歧視、誹謗、侮辱、威脅、危害、粗俗、猥褻或其他令人反感的方式;


(b)     可能損害本公司或本公司聲譽的行為;


(c)     可引發構成刑事犯罪的行為,引起民事責任或以其他方式違反法律的行為。


1.3.     我們會盡力為閣下提供最好的網上商店體驗。 然而,鑑於網上商店的性質(包括我們的服務是依賴於不屬於我們或不受我們控制的系統和服務),我們不能保證閣下的網上商店體驗能持續或沒有故障。




  1. 訂購


2.1.     所有產品服務訂購均須在本公司接納後方為作實。 我們有權拒絕在網上商店訂購產品/服務的任何訂單,而不須向客戶提供任何理由。


2.2.     貨品的數量取決於供應情況


2.3.     某些指定產品於每次購物可能設有銷售限量,詳情可參閱產品目錄。


2.4.     每次購物消費上限為港幣 15千元。


2.5.     若客戶的訂單記錄與我們的記錄有差異,則以後者為準。


  1. 流動通訊服務之申請(包括SIM卡服務及儲值卡服務)


3.1.     申請流動通訊服務(包括送遞SIM),客戶必須﹕


(a)     年滿18 (中小學生服務計劃除外)


(b)     能夠提供我們所需有效及正確的個人資料,包括但不限於客戶的姓名、身份証號碼、電郵地址、賬單地址、送貨地址、聯絡電話號碼等;


(c)     在送貨時,提供身份証明以供送貨員查核,包括但不限於完整的香港住址及登記地址連同由申請流動通訊服務日期計,三個月內有效的地址証明文件(「地址証明」);並須將香港身份証/護照副本及地址証明文件給予送貨員交回給我們。


3.2.     客戶的送貨地址必須屬於住宅或公司商業地址公眾地址並不接受;


3.3.     我們有權決定每位客戶所申請的流動電話服務之累積上限;


3.4.     所有訂購之流動電話服務是按照流動通訊服務協議內之條款,並列明在網址https://www.hkcsl.com/en/Mobile-Service-Agreement-Consumer-Customers/ 內;


3.5.     儲值卡服務乃受一些特殊條款及細則約束。儲值卡之特殊條款及細則可參閱 https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/General-TC-of-the-Prepaid-SIM-Card/


  1. 網上商店賬戶


4.1.     我們可能須要您於網上商店註冊以便訪問網站內的某些部分,包括下訂單購買我們的產品/服務。


4.2.     當您與我們註冊時,您有責任確保您以安全的方式保存您的帳戶登入名稱和密碼,並且您同意對您的帳戶或密碼下發生的所有活動承擔全部責任,即使是由另一個人登入。


4.3.     每位客戶只可註冊一個網上商店帳戶。


  1. 價格及付款


5.1.     產品服務價格應為客戶遞交訂單時於本網站刊出的價格表所列明的價格


5.2.     如訂單之付款金額少於港幣500元,我們將收取港幣100元一次性的送貨費用。此費用可能會隨時更改,恕不另行通知。


5.3.     產品/服務訂單付款應由客戶本人的信用卡或經持卡人正式授權的第三方信用卡結算。 當客戶於網上完成購物結算時費用會即時於信用卡扣除。


5.4.     所有產品售價均以港元為報價貨幣。


5.5.     如以信用卡付款,您承擔有關之交易因匯率波動而造成之差價,及/或任何其他因信用卡付款而收取之費用。


5.6.     經由「拍住賞」付款乃受HKT Payment Limited的條款及細則所約束,詳情請瀏覽https://www.tapngo.com.hk/chi/tnc.html


5.7.     經由信用卡付款乃受發卡機構的條款及細則所約束。


  1. 送貨 


6.1.     閣下可選擇指示本公司安排送貨品/ SIM 卡到客戶指定地址或登記地址。我們只接受位於香港的送貨地址。閤下亦可選擇到我們指定的門市提取貨品(如適用)


6.2.     訂單一經確認,我們不接受任何更換送貨方法的要求。


6.3.     我們會盡力為客戶安排將產品送往客戶於網上訂購表格內指定的送貨地點或登記地址。我們保留隨時修訂任何服務條款(包括但不限於送貨指定地區、時間及/或送貨費用)的權利,且不作預先通知。


6.4.     為保障客戶利益及保存完整送貨紀錄,我們的職員或代理人會在交貨時要求指定的收件人出示用作付款的信用卡及其香港身份証正本或我們接受的其他身分證明文件以便核對收件人姓名、填妥的授權代領書(適用於購買產品, 不適用於流動電話上台服務)及其他有關文件,以作查核用途。若查核結果不能接納,我們保留權利拒絕提供送貨服務或送交產品而無須提供任何理由。


6.5.     我們提供的所有送貨日期只為預定而尚未作實。不論在任何情況下,我們均不會負責因遲延送貨或未能送貨而造成的額外支出或成本上漲、利潤或商譽損失或其他任何特殊的、偶爾的、直接或間接發生的、或後果性的損失。


6.6.     若客戶未有在訂單確認後之28天內接收該產品或其任何部份/流動電話服務SIM,或未能提供送貨時所需的適當及清晰指示、文件、同意或授權,我們有權取消該訂單而不作預先通知。CSL會在客戶之付款內扣除手續費100元後將餘額退回給客戶


  1. Club積分


7.1.     欲賺取Club積分,必須登記成為The Club會員,並成功啓動The Club會籍。


7.2.     Club積分將於交易日後之4至6個星期內存入The Club會員的帳戶內。


7.3.     Club積分之計算及兌換受Club HKT Limited的條款及細則約束,詳情請參閱The Club之網頁https://www.theclub.com.hk/tch/或向 The Club 查詢,一切優惠以 The Club 網站為準。


  1. 更換貨品或退款/取消訂單


8.1.     訂單一經確認,更換貨品或服務及其數量的要求將不獲受理。


8.2.     除非另有協定,所有從網上商店購買的產品均不會退款。


8.3.     貨品是經送貨服務取貨,閤下收貨時必須即時檢查貨品有否損壞,並當場向送貨員提出更換貨品,我們方會接受更換損毀貨品的要求。


8.4.   流動通訊設備可產品資料頁之「換貨政策」內所註明期限內更換1(如適用)



8.5.     客戶需退回無任何損毀及刮花痕跡之貨品,連同完整的原有包裝及正本送貨單或銷售單據,我們方會更換貨品。客戶可到本公司以下四間指定門市要求更換貨品:

(a)     香港銅鑼灣怡和街22號地下1 & 2號舖

(b)     九龍旺角西洋菜街南2J-2Q, 新江大樓地下8號舖

(c)     新界沙田廣場第314 & 15A號舖

(d)     新界屯門市廣場第一期地下G128號舖


8.6.     若流動通訊設備需要更換,則必須能開機方會接受更換。


8.7.     我們保留就貨品品質問題及是否更換貨品的最終決定權。


8.8.     閣下於網上完成訂購後會收到訂單確認電郵閣下可以在收到訂單確認後的24小時內提出取消購買產品/服務。我們會在閣下之付款內扣除手續費100元後,將餘額退回給客戶購貨時使用之信用卡賬戶內。


8.9.     如貨品無論因任何原因而未能成功送貨,我們會以取消已購貨品情況處理,當客户的訂單被取消,我們會於閣下已付之款項內扣除港幣100元作手續費,餘款將退回閣下用作繳款之信用卡戶口內。


8.10. 退款不得轉讓或退回現金,及只會退還致閣下在購買貨品時用作繳款之信用卡戶口內。


8.11. 所有經由網上商店購買貨品/服務而賺取的Club積分,乃受Club HKT 有限公司(“The Club”)之條款及細則管轄,詳情可瀏覽www.theclub.com.hk/tnc。在任何原因下,於網上商店購買之貨品/服務能獲得退款,因該次交易而賺取的Club積分將根據The Club之條款及細則於客戶會籍戶口內扣除。


8.12. 以下是有關收取手續費項目以作參閱:



1.       送貨訂購單之付款金額少於港幣500


2.       於送貨前取消訂單


3.       未能成功送貨

  1. 由供應商提供之保修 (只適用於產品購買)


10.1.     產品資訊上可能列明由供應商("供應商保修")提供之保修。


10.2.     任何適用於供應商保修之產品,按照供應商保修的條款,客戶應直接送其產品或零件到相關供應商進行修理或更換。對於與供應商保養範圍內的產品有關的任何費用或損害,我們概不負責。


10.3.     在本條款及細則中不包含的產品或服務相關的所有明示或隱含的保證、聲明或有關之陳述均不包括在內。

豁免與網上商店有關的任何具體條款,不構成豁免其他條款或寬免先前或之後違反同一條款的行為。 在任何情況下,除非我方在任何官方渠道明確傳達豁免,否則我們不會放棄執行此等條款。

本網店會包含由第三方提供的產品或服務。 這些產品/服務的購買或消費應由客戶自行承擔風險,我們對用戶所遭受的任何人身傷害或財產損失概不負責。

(a)     引至任何損失,誤導或延誤,由於正當:


  1. 接收或處理客戶的任何訂單,通信或請求; 或
  2. 處理一般查詢;


(b)     竊取、欺詐或未經授權使用客戶網上商店帳號或信用卡信息;


(c)     第三方的任何作為或不作為;


(d)     與本網店中的產品/服務的描述或信息相關的任何錯誤;


(e)     與客戶使用本網店有關的任何數據丟失或損壞; 或


(f)      本網店發生系統錯誤或技術故障的任何事件,無論這些事件是否在我們的控制之內。

客戶須賠償對我們的任何費用、 索賠、 損害或損失,不論直接或間接,包括收入損失  利潤損失、或任何合同之重要損失、 侵權行為或在其他情況或其他方面(包括疏忽引起的或以任何方式與本協定有關)

除我們及我們的成員公司包括分支公司、附屬公司及控股公司外,任何人士如非本協議交易一方均沒有權利按照《合約(第三者權利)條例》(香港法例第623章) 強制執行本協議的任何條款及細則,及/或條款及細則下的利益或交易。


  1. 定義


(a)     「協議」指本公司與客戶均同意的條款之協議。


(b)     CSLCSL Mobile Limited 香港移動通訊有限公司。


(c)     CSL網站」指由香港移動通訊有限公司運作的網站https://www.hkcsl.com/ 


(d)     「客戶」/「您」/「閣下」指透過本網站訂購產品及/或服務的人士。


(e)     「香港」指中華人民共和國香港特別行政區。


(f)      「流動通訊服務」指流動無線電話和流動數據服務或客戶根據本協議所申請的流動數據服務。例如隨時提供的MY HKTThe Club 和任何電訊服務 (無論是否流動無線電話服務,包括增值服務。


(g)     「流動通訊設備」指要與流動服務一起使用的流動無線電話、其他無線設備、接入式裝置,包括無線或接入式設備零件。


(h)     「產品」指由本公司賣出之產品,即客戶於網上訂購表格內指明此等產品為本協議所標明的貨品。包括但不限於流動設備和儲值卡。


(i)       「網上訂購表格」指您在購買產品/服務時所填寫之電子表格。


(j)       「網上商店」是指本網站的虛擬平台或其他CSL確認並擁有的網站。


(k)     「網上商店帳戶」指客戶為與在線商店聯繫而創建的虛擬帳戶。


(l)       「網上訂購」指客戶於網站https://shop.hkcsl.com購買的流動通訊產品或服務。


(m)   「產品資料指於本網站所列載之產品的資料


(n)     「銷售單」 指購買貨品之銷售單據。


(o)     「服務」CSL及其分支機構提供之服務,即客戶於網上訂購表格內指明此等服務為本協議所標明的服務。


(p)     「本網站」https://shop.hkcsl.com 


(q)     「供應商」是指產品的第三方供應商。


(r)      「中小學生服務計劃」指提供給年齡1118歲的小學及中學生之服務計劃。


(s)      「第三方供應商」指可以透過CSL服務而獲得及使用的訊息或內容服務之任何第三方供應商。


(t)      「增值服務」CSL或第三方供應商按照指定的附加條款,不時提供的額外服務(包括任何額外或特別的增值服務)或CSL和第三方供應商在增值服務列表和服務指南提供的服務。


(u)     「送貨單」指在送貨時連同貨品一同交付的文件,說明產品的類型及數量。


(v)     本協議中所有 (英文大寫字詞並未在一般條款及細則內定義,與香港移動通訊有限公司的流動服務協議的定義相同,可從以下網址獲取:https://www.hkcsl.com/en/Mobile-Service-Agreement-Consumer-Customers/


  1. 詮釋




27.1. 對於本條款及細則的引用,是包括第1.1節中描述的所有部分,以及對其的任何修改或變更;


27.2. 本條款及細則及其有關之文件並對其中任何一個進行合併、修改、重新制定或更換乃受管於法規、法典或其他法律;


27.3. 所提及的一方是包括其執行人、行政人員、繼任人和受讓人;


27.4. 所提及之單數事項是包括其複數,反之亦然;和


27.5. 「包括」、「例如」、「如」等的類似詞語均不屬限制詞語。


27.6. 如以上條款與細則的英文版本與中文版本之間有任何歧義,應以英文版本為準
